Funded Programs

Scholarships are a great joy to make education accessible for our bright, young women!  The Delta Phi Epsilon Educational Foundation awards scholarships annually to qualified women pursuing undergraduate and graduate degrees.  With your support, we will be able to increase the number and amount of the opportunities we can offer and better support our sisters’ educational aspirations.

Additionally, The Foundation encourages growth and development of our sisters through powerful events such as our biennial International Leadership Forum and Engage U. We also sponsor sisters to attend other leadership development conferences outside of DPhiE. Your donation is an investment in the lives of our members, heart to heart and hand to hand.

Educational Scholars:

Engage U:

Engage U is a DPhiE-operations based, daylong event held in various locations throughout the United States. We are hosting the event multiple days to minimize chapter expenses such as flight costs and hotel stays. Programming has been selected with leadership in mind to ensure we’re engaging and empowering our members to give the gift of leadership to the chapter.

New Initiatives:

We realize our local chapters are where our leaders are built. We are also aware that transitioning our leaders is often a struggle and has been for decades. Our sisters deserve continued support, training and leadership opportunities, An increase in giving in these three priorities is an investment toward empowering women and future leaders to achieve their goals.

International Leadership Forum:

The focus of the International Leadership Forum is to provide tradition through ritual, innovative personal development programming and opportunities to learn and grow makes this event our most mission-based program.

Leadership Conferences:

The foundation intends to regularly offer scholarships to collegiate sisters to attend the Undergraduate Inter Fraternity Institute (UIFI), LeaderShape and programs offered by the National Panhellenic Conference, North American Interfraternity Conference and other student development organizations
